We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. In that case we receive the details you send us, typically your name, contact details and the dates or requests related to your charter enquiry.

- Reply to your enquiry and check availability.
- Prepare a quote and arrange your charter.
- Comply with legal obligations that apply to charter operations (for example passenger records required by port authorities).

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only thing this website stores on your device is a single entry in your browser's local storage (arvCookieOk) that remembers you have dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every visit. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.
5. Third-Party Services
This website loads the fonts used in its design from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request, as with any file loaded from the web.
